The mandate reference number is a unique identification number for your direct debit collection – we will send this to you by e-mail to the e-mail address provided once the mandate has been issued.

Notification

I / we authorise (A) akf servicelease GmbH to send instructions to my / our bank to debit my/ our account and (B) my / our bank to debit my / our account in accordance with the instructions from akf servicelease GmbH.
Please note: As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. *

A shortened notification period of at least one bank working day (D-1) is agreed for this mandate. By ticking this box, you expressly agree to this. We will inform akf servicelease GmbH immediately if the e-mail address for the advance information changes. *
